these songs are one part edit, one part blend, one part an experiment in sampling. for each track i first paired two sample-heavy classic rave break tunes based on them sharing keys, samples, or tempos. then i dissected the songs by sample source to recreate the tracks from scratch. later i blended them together on top of rhythms and basslines i made up. the tunes i referenced are;
